Yayın Tarihi : 02/09/2022
With the project of Bartın University (BARÜ), lithium-sulphur batteries with high capacity values and long lifetimes will be developed, and young researchers in the field of energy storage technologies will be trained.

The project prepared by Assoc. Prof. Dr Recep Taş, the head of the Biotechnology Department of the Faculty of Science at Bartın University (BARU), within the scope of TÜBİTAK 1001 - Supporting Scientific and Technological Research Projects Program was entitled to be supported. With the project titled “ANi2S4 (A: Zn+2, V+2, Co+2 and Cd+2) Tertiary Metal Sulphides Synthesis and S/Cathode Designs for High-Performance Lithium-Sulphide Batteries by Microwave Method”, lithium-sulphur batteries with low cost and high performance will be investigated.
