With the recent accreditation of two programs within the Faculty of Sport Sciences, the number of accredited programs at Bartın University (BARU) has risen to 30, reaffirming the institution's commitment to quality assurance.

Bartın University continues to base its educational activities on national and international quality standards. As part of these efforts, Education of Coaching and Physical Education and Sports Teacher Teaching programs within the Faculty of Sport Sciences have been accredited by the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Sport Sciences Education Programs (SPORAK). This marks the first time that programs within the Faculty of Sport Sciences have received accreditation.

Following a thorough evaluation conducted by the SPORAK review team using various criteria, both programs successfully met the required standards. With this achievement, BARU, where quality has become a core institutional value, now boasts a total of 30 accredited programs, including 28 undergraduate and 2 associate degree programs, recognized at both national and international levels.
