Turkey’s Leading Organizations Held Seminars at BARÜ

At the 7th International R&D Project Market organized by Bartın University (BARÜ), experts from leading companies that support the Turkish economy shared their experiences in seminars.
 
With the aim of inspiring young people in critical fields such as science, engineering, and smart technologies, and opening the door to technological ventures, Bartın University hosted the 7th R&D Project Market this year, bringing together industry representatives and technology enthusiasts. On the first day of the event, speakers from Creavit R&D Center, Sanko Holding, and Etisan Holding held various seminars.
 
The first session featured Atamer Akbay, Director of Creavit R&D Center, who discussed the transformation companies are experiencing due to technological advancements, providing examples and sharing information about new products developed using cutting-edge technologies within the company.
 
In the afternoon session, Dr. Önder Kırca, General Manager of Sanko Holding Çimko, gave a presentation titled “R&D Investments in the Cement Industry in Turkey and the World,” sharing updates on recent developments in product and service processes in the cement industry through anecdotes.
 
Mert Özgün, Chairman of Etisan Holding, emphasized the importance of making a difference in the technology field, providing insights into payment systems in the IT sector, devices integrated with the Internet of Things, and next-generation smart applications.
 
The seminars, which made significant contributions to the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, concluded with a Q&A session followed by a photo taken to commemorate the day.
