Bartın University (BARÜ) will add new modern and fully equipped sports facilities under the protocol signed with the Spor Toto Organization Presidency.

While continuing its educational and research-development activities with the aim of contributing to Turkish sports, Bartın University (BARÜ) also pursues new collaborations to support all its members in terms of exercise and physical activity. As part of these efforts, a sponsorship agreement protocol was recently signed between BARÜ and the Spor Toto Organization Presidency to collaborate on investments in sports and to construct sports facilities that meet international standards.

Under the protocol signed between BARÜ and the Spor Toto Organization Presidency, it was decided to build a football field with an athletics track and seating for 1,000 spectators for BARÜ, which already offers open and indoor facilities for 17 different sports disciplines.

As part of the protocol, the Kutlubey Campus will feature a regulation-size synthetic football field, a portable steel grandstand with a capacity of 1,000 spectators, a set of four locker rooms, modern field lighting, and a six-lane running track around the field.
