BARU students produced 535 TUBITAK projects in 4 years

With the acceptance of 69 more projects prepared by Bartın University (BARÜ) students within the scope of TÜBİTAK 2209-A, the number of projects supported in 4 years increased to 535.

69 more projects of Bartın University (BARÜ), one of the higher education institutions producing the highest number of student projects in Turkey, were accepted within the scope of "2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program". Thus, within the scope of the program carried out by the TÜBİTAK Scientist Support Programs Presidency (BİDEB), BARU students achieved great success by receiving support for 535 projects in 7 terms.

Important studies are carried out with the aim of "Project-Based Learning" in BARÜ, where "Project Preparation and Management" trainings are given at regular intervals in order to spread the project culture. In this direction, within the scope of TÜBİTAK 2209-A support program, 32 projects in 2019/2, 27 in 2020/1, 58 in 2020/2, 52 in 2021/1, 133 in 2021/2, and 164 in 2022/1. were supported. In BARU, which aims to be a university that not only transmits knowledge but also produces, 69 projects were deemed worthy of support in the 2022/2 period.
