Seventeen projects developed by student clubs at Bartın University (BARÜ) have been selected for support under the University Student Communities Cooperation and Support Program (ÜNİDES).

Organized by the General Directorate of Youth Services under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the ÜNİDES Program aims to support student-led projects that promote social responsibility and community engagement. The results of the 4th application cycle for the 2024–2025 academic year have been announced. Out of 1,995 projects submitted from 81 provinces across Türkiye, 17 innovative and socially beneficial projects from BARÜ student clubs have been selected for funding.

As a result, BARÜ student clubs are set to receive a total grant of 1.3 million Turkish lira to further develop these 17 project ideas. The university has demonstrated consistent success in the ÜNİDES program, with 2 projects funded in the first cycle, 11 in the second, 9 in the third, and now 17 in the fourth cycle.

This achievement highlights Bartın University’s commitment to nurturing socially responsible, creative, and community-oriented student initiatives through institutional support and national collaboration programs.
