BARÜ's Quality Journey Continues with Associate Degree Programs

Bartın University (BARÜ) has achieved success in having two programs from the Bartın Vocational School accredited by the Vocational Education Assessment and Accreditation Association (MEDEK).

As a result of efforts in the field of quality and accreditation, approximately 50% of the bachelor's degree programs that graduate students across seven faculties at Bartın University (BARÜ) have successfully become accredited. The quality journey at BARÜ continues with the accreditation processes for associate degree programs. Through efforts to align educational programs with national and international standards, the Organic Agriculture and Business Administration programs within the Bartın Vocational School were recently accredited by the Vocational Education Assessment and Accreditation Association (MEDEK).

The MEDEK evaluation team, which works to improve the quality of associate degree education in Turkey by conducting accreditation, evaluation, and informational activities for educational programs in various disciplines, examined the two programs at Bartın Vocational School according to various criteria. As a result of these evaluations, the Organic Agriculture and Business Administration programs achieved full accreditation for a period of four years.
