BARÜ Strengthens Cooperation with Vector International Academy of Sciences

Bartın University (BARÜ) was visited by Prof. Dr. Elçin İskenderzade, Rector of the Vector International Academy of Sciences, one of Azerbaijan’s distinguished educational institutions, and the accompanying delegation.

Bartın University (BARÜ) continues its efforts to strengthen international academic collaborations. In this context, a delegation from the Vector International Academy of Sciences, one of the prominent institutions in Azerbaijan contributing to the country’s science policies, visited BARÜ. The meeting, held at the Rectorate, was attended by BARÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya, Rector of the Vector International Academy of Sciences Prof. Dr. Elçin İskenderzade and the accompanying delegation, as well as Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Yafes Yıldız and Prof. Dr. Mehmet Cengiz Karaismailoğlu.

During the meeting, discussions were held on joint scientific studies, research projects, and academic activities that could be carried out between the two institutions. Particular emphasis was placed on conducting studies across different disciplines, increasing the exchange of knowledge and experience among academics and researchers, and organizing scientific meetings and events.

Stating that they attach great importance to further developing academic collaborations with Azerbaijan, Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya thanked Rector Prof. Dr. Elçin İskenderzade and the accompanying delegation for their kind visit and close interest.

Rector İskenderzade, in turn, expressed his gratitude to Rector Akkaya for his hospitality.
