Students thrilled to take part in TEKNOFEST with their biotechnology project ideas

Our university students compete in the "Idea Category" of the TEKNOFEST Biotechnology Innovation Contest with 2 projects they have prepared within the teams they have formed.
Within the scope of TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program, our university is among the top 5 in Turkey, and students are experiencing the thrill of TEKNOFEST. BAR_CoVAC Team, established with the initiative of our university students, competes with 2 projects in the Idea Category of the Teknofest Biotechnology Innovation Contest. BAR_CoVAC Team, which includes students from the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics of the Faculty of Science and a student from the Faculty of Medicine of Atılım University, aims to produce an innovative combination vaccine with domestic means to prevent the transmission of the Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF) virus from animals to humans.
