Student of our university Burhan Akbudak became the second in the world

National wrestler Burhan Akbudak, student of the Faculty of Sports Sciences of our university, won the silver medal in the Greco-Roman style 82 kg at the World Wrestling Championship.

National athlete Burhan Akbudak, a student of the Faculty of Sports Sciences of our university, achieved an important success at the World Wrestling Championship held in Oslo, the capital of Norway. The national wrestler, who competed in the World Championship for the first time in the adult’s category, managed to become the second in the world. Burhan Akbudak, who was also the first wrestler in the national team to compete in the final in Oslo, brought Turkey the fourth medal in the championship.
