Six Academicians from Our University Entered the List of the Most Influential Scientists in the World

Six names from our university were included in the list of the most influential scientists in the world, which is carried out by scientists from Stanford University every year.

The latest list of the world's most influential scientists, compiled annually by scientists from Stanford University, was published by Elsevier, a Netherlands-based publishing company.

In the list of 2020 publication data, 190,63 scientists were evaluated in the "Annual Impact" category. Our university, which was on the list with two names last year, managed to increase the number to six this year. Prof. Dr. Osman Gençel, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Cahit Karaoğlanlı, Assistant Prof. Dr. Shashanka Rajendrachari from the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture, and Design, and Prof. Dr. Mehmet Zahmakıran, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ramazan Yılmaz and Assistant Prof. Dr. Parham Taslimi from the Faculty of Science took part in the published list.
