Salary Promotion Protocol Signed Between BARÜ and Türkiye İş Bankası

A protocol covering salary and banking services has been signed between Bartın University (BARÜ) and Türkiye İş Bankası.
Bartın University (BARÜ) and Türkiye İş Bankası have signed a three-year salary promotion agreement for academic and administrative staff. The signing ceremony was held in the Rectorate Senate Hall. Within the scope of the agreement, a cash payment of 96,000 TL along with 1,000 TL in bonus points will be deposited into the accounts of BARÜ academic and administrative personnel within the previously scheduled payment period.
For staff who do not wish to benefit from the promotion payment, an alternative option has also been offered. Accordingly, eligible personnel will be able to benefit from an interest-free loan of up to 525,000 TL.
Commenting on the protocol, BARÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya stated that the process was carried out transparently:
“Ensuring that our human resources achieve a satisfactory outcome from this promotion agreement was our top priority as Bartın University. I can say that we achieved a favorable result from the tender process. I wish this protocol to be beneficial for the BARÜ family and would like to thank İş Bankası for their support.”
