Rector Akkaya Shares Eid al-Fitr Message

Bartın University (BARÜ) Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya emphasized in his Eid al-Fitr message that holidays are important values that reinforce unity and togetherness.
Bartın University (BARÜ) Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya shared a message on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
In his message, Rector Akkaya stated:
“As we leave behind another Ramadan—the month of mercy, abundance, and sharing—we are happy to reach the blessed Eid al-Fitr, when our feelings of unity, solidarity, and togetherness are most strongly experienced. Throughout the month of Ramadan, we once again realized the importance of patience, cooperation, and sharing. At our university, we strengthened our spiritual bonds with our students by experiencing the joy of gathering around the same table. Holidays are exceptional times when resentments are set aside, hearts unite, and love and tolerance prevail. I hope that the positive atmosphere brought by Eid will be reflected in every aspect of our lives and that our unity and solidarity will endure. With these thoughts and feelings, I sincerely congratulate, first and foremost, the Bartın University family, as well as our esteemed nation and the entire Islamic world, on Eid al-Fitr, and I wish that the holiday brings health, peace, happiness, and prosperity.”
