Rector of Bartın University, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya, Officially Assumes Office

Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya, newly appointed Rector of Bartın University (BARÜ), has formally taken office after receiving his official mandate at a ceremony held at the Council of Higher Education (YÖK).

Appointed to the position by presidential decree, Prof. Dr. Akkaya received his letter of appointment from YÖK President Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar. Expressing his deep sense of responsibility, Rector Akkaya emphasized his commitment to working with dedication toward BARÜ’s sustainable growth and enhancing its national and international success.

YÖK President Prof. Dr. Özvar congratulated Rector Akkaya and extended his best wishes for success in his new role.
