Rector Akkaya Visits YTB President Turus

Bartın University (BARÜ) Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya visited Abdulhadi Turus, President of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), to exchange views within the framework of the university’s internationalization strategies.
During the visit, Rector Akkaya met with YTB President Abdulhadi Turus, whose institution carries out significant work regarding citizens living abroad and international student mobility. In the meeting, Rector Akkaya provided information about BARÜ’s internationalization goals, student mobility, and the international education opportunities offered to students.
It was also emphasized that inter-institutional cooperation plays a crucial role in reaching students from different parts of the world.
Rector Akkaya congratulated YTB President Turus on his new appointment and wished him success in his duties.
President Turus, in turn, expressed his appreciation to Rector Akkaya for the kind visit.
