Rector Akkaya Visited BARÜ’s Promotion and Preference Stand

Bartın University (BARÜ) Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya visited the stands set up on Hükümet Street as part of the “Promotion and Preference Days” and met with prospective students.
With the start of the university preference period, Bartın University (BARÜ) continues to support university candidates and their families this year as well. Within the scope of the “Promotion and Preference Days,” Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya visited the stands established on Bartın’s Hükümet Street and provided information to prospective students. During the visit, Rector Akkaya also exchanged ideas with the academic staff assigned by BARÜ and examined the promotional activities on site.
At the stands, which attracted great interest, Rector Akkaya spoke with students and their families and provided information about BARÜ’s opportunities in education and training, research and development, as well as social, cultural, artistic, and sports activities.
Stating that they will continue to guide prospective students during the preference period, Rector Akkaya invited students to visit the promotion stands.
The “Promotion and Preference Days” will continue between 1–13 August, offering one-on-one preference counselling for prospective students under the coordination of the BARÜ Career Planning, Application and Research Center.
