One Gold, and one bronze medal from national weightlifter Kaan Kahriman from BARU

Kaan Kahriman, a national weightlifter and a student at Bartın University (BARU) in the Faculty of Sports Sciences, won the gold medal in the Junior and U23 European Weightlifting Championships in the snatch and the bronze medal in total.
Following the success of Dilara Uçan and Emre Öztürk, who are also students at Bartın University (BARU) in the Faculty of Sports Sciences and competed in the Junior and U23 European Weightlifting Championships organized in Durres, Albania, Kaan Kahriman also won a medal.
Kaan Kahriman, who competed at 67 kilograms in the competitions, won the gold medal with his 137 kilo lift and the bronze medal with 293 kilos in total.
