Minister Karaismailoğlu spoke highly of our University

Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu, who visited our university, praised the work focused on regional development at the center of the "Filyos Valley Project".

Adil Karaismailoğlu, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, who was in Bartın to attend a series of visits and opening ceremonies, visited our University. Rector of our University Prof. Dr. Orhan Uzun, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Sedat Yazıcı and Prof. Dr. Sevim Celik, Secretary General Assoc. Dr. Said Ceyhan and academics welcomed Minister Karaismailoğlu who came to Ağdacı Campus. Minister Karaismailoğlu, who visited the Rector's Office first, was informed about the studies at our University.

Afterwards, Minister Karaismailoğlu and his attendants, who went to the Senate Meeting Hall, were told about the scientific studies carried out and ongoing at the university by Rector Uzun, and sustainable development goals were conveyed.

Adil Karaismailoğlu, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, who stated that Bartın University has come a long way in scientific terms, commended the efforts made in the fields of "Smart Logistics", "Smart Port", "Smart Industry" and "Smart Cities" regarding the sectors that can develop in and around the Filyos Valley Project. Minister Karaismailoğlu added that joint studies can be carried out in cooperation with Bartın University in the coming periods.
