“Machine” program opened at Bartın Organized Industrial Zone Vocational School

The opening of the "Machine" associate degree program within the Bartın Organized Industrial Zone Vocational School at Bartın University (BARÜ) has been approved by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK).
Efforts continue for the Bartın Organized Industrial Zone Vocational School, which was established within Bartın University (BARÜ) to meet the qualified workforce needs of the industrial sector. In this direction, the opening of the "Machine" associate degree program within the Bartın Organized Industrial Zone Vocational School was found appropriate by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). At BARÜ, which focuses on the employment of young people and the professions of the future, another significant step has been taken toward meeting the qualified workforce needs of the sector.
The Machine program will carry out its education and training activities under the Department of Machine and Metal Technologies. BARÜ will continue its efforts to increase educational programs compatible with the sector in areas required by the industry.
Expressing his satisfaction with the approval of the program, BARÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya said:
"As Bartın University, we aim to develop our students' knowledge, skills, and competencies in line with the needs of the industry and the business world. In this context, we are constantly developing our educational fields according to the needs of the sector. We will continue to increase the number of departments in our Bartın Organized Industrial Zone Vocational School.
