International mobility opportunities increase at BARU

BARU’s applications for Erasmus KA171 Program were accepted by Turkish National Agency, and international mobility opportunities have increased to 35 countries and 92 universities.

Bartın University (BARU) increases its capacity to benefit from international cooperation and exchange programs with its efforts in line with its internationalization goals. Having agreements with 75 universities from 25 countries under the Erasmus Program and 17 universities from 10 countries under the Mevlana Program, BARU offers important opportunities to all its stakeholders with these exchange programs. The Erasmus ICM Higher Education International Credit Mobility (KA171) application, which allows student and staff exchange with partner universities from 6 different countries outside the European program countries, has been accepted by the Turkish National Agency within the application call period for 2022 at BARU. Thus, the number of countries where mobility can be made with the Erasmus and Mevlana program increased to 35 and the number of universities to 92. In addition, BARU has Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with 57 different universities from different parts of the world.
