Individuals over the age of 65 were given training with the Project in which BARU is a stakeholder

Within the scope of the European Union (EU) project, in which Bartın University (BARU) is among the stakeholder institutions, training was given in 5 different countries simultaneously to increase the quality of life of elderly individuals.

The training was completed within the scope of the European Union (EU) project, which was prepared under the direction of Izmir University of Economics (IUE) Continuing Education Center (EKOSEM), in which Bartın University (BARU) Continuing Education Application and Research Center (BÜNSEM) is a stakeholder institution. The project, which aims to have older individuals more involved in social life, was carried out simultaneously with partner institutions and organizations from Turkey, Greece, Italy, Hungary, and Poland. With the project, seminars on breathing exercises, group guidance, creative drama, awareness, nutrition, art activities, access to e-public services, protection against cybercrime, social media, and e-commerce were given to individuals over the age of 65.
