EU Supports BARÜ Students' Initiatives for Mental Health Awareness

Through a project supported by the European Union (EU), students from Bartın University (BARÜ) will undertake initiatives aimed at enhancing psychological resilience and emotional awareness.

The project, led by Ecem Sezgin, a student in the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counselling, and supervised by Dr. Neslihan Köse from the Department of Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Education, has been granted support under the Solidarity Projects category of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) program.

Entitled "Mental Health Awareness," the project aims to strengthen and improve university students' psychological resilience. Students from the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counselling—Baran Uzunay, Eslem Serra Çakmak, İlayda Öztürk, Gülpenbe Alkan, and Halil Yılmaz—will contribute to the project as researchers.
