Cooperation protocol signed between BARÜ and Fırat University

A cooperation protocol was signed between Bartın University (BARÜ) and Fırat University to strengthen university-industry cooperation and joint studies.

Steps continue to be taken at Bartın University (BARÜ) to strengthen scientific research and academic collaborations. In this context, most recently, a cooperation protocol was signed between BARÜ and Fırat University with the aim of implementing joint research projects and producing qualified academic outputs. The “Scientific Research Projects Cooperation Protocol,” which aims to increase productivity in research and development projects, was signed by BARÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya and Fırat University Rector Prof. Dr. Fahrettin Göktaş.

Within the scope of the protocol, joint studies will be carried out in different fields, particularly university-industry cooperation. A specific number of projects will be supported for the two universities to develop joint research projects. Project processes will be carried out by the BARÜ Scientific Research Projects Coordinatorship and the Fırat University Scientific Research Projects Coordination Unit.

Stating that the protocol will provide significant contributions to the goals of increasing scientific productivity and developing a joint research culture, Rector Akkaya expressed his gratitude to Rector Göktaş for his close interest.
