BARÜ's Rise in the URAP Turkey Rankings Continues

Bartın University (BARÜ) continues its ascent in the "Turkey University Rankings" announced by the University Ranking by Academic Performance (URAP) with its qualified scientific research and studies.

The 2024-2025 Turkey Rankings have been announced by URAP, which operates under the Informatics Institute of the Middle East Technical University (METU). According to the URAP Turkey Rankings, BARÜ has achieved a sustainable performance, rising 3 places in the Overall University Rankings and 4 places in the State University Rankings compared to the previous year. This year, BARÜ surpassed 117 higher education institutions that entered the ranking, placing 73rd in the Overall University Rankings and 57th in the State University Rankings. BARÜ, known for its qualified scientific research and studies, ranked 19th in the Non-Medical Universities Rankings and 24th in the Universities Established After 2000 Rankings.

Continuing its rise in thematic rankings, BARÜ ranked 36th in the "Citation Score Ranking," 54th in the "Article Score Ranking," 57th in the "International Collaboration Ranking," 63rd in the "Domestic Collaboration Ranking," 66th in the "Scientific Document Ranking," 72nd in the "TÜBİTAK Project Ranking," 86th in the "Faculty Member/Student Ranking," and 141st in the "Doctorate Score Ranking." With improvements in 7 subfields, BARÜ achieved significant success, climbing 59 places in the "Citation Score Ranking" and 14 places in the "Article Score Ranking," both important indicators of research quality over the past 6 years.

In the Non-Medical Universities "Article Score Ranking," BARÜ is ranked 14th and 12th in the "Citation Score Ranking," while it is ranked 18th in the "Article Score Ranking" and 8th in the "Citation Score Ranking" among Universities Established After 2000, continuing its sustainable rise.
