BARU's 'Energy' project has been accepted by TUBITAK

Within the scope of the project supported by TUBITAK, new studies to increase efficiency in the field of energy will be carried out at Bartin University (BARU).

The project prepared by Dr. Erkan Aksoy, a lecturer at the Project and Technology Office (PTO) of Bartin University (BARU), was found worthy of support within the framework of the TUBITAK 1002 Program. The project titled "Synthesis and Photophysical Characterization of Organic Semiconductor Fluorophore for Use in Optoelectronic Systems" will conduct research on a new fluorescent material covering detailed photophysical and electronic properties. The project, which will also involve Melehat Biterge, a student in the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at BARU Faculty of Science, aims to increase energy efficiency and support the system used in electricity generation.
