BARU student, Dilara Uçan, breaks two separate records and wins gold

Dilara Uçan, BARU student, won the gold medal by breaking two separate records in the 76 kg weightlifting competitions at the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games.

Dilara Uçan, a student of the Faculty of Sports Sciences of Bartın University (BARU), who competed in the women’s weightlifting competitions of the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games held in Konya, achieved an important success. The national weightlifter, competing in the women's 76 kilos, broke the snatch record and won the gold medal, and also claimed bronze in clean and jerk lifting, and overall won the title by breaking the games record in total.
