BARÜ hosted regional road races in cycling

In the 2nd Region Road Races held in Kutlubey Campus hosted by Bartın University (BARÜ), 71 athletes from 10 different cities pedaled.

Organized by the Turkish Cycling Federation Presidency, the 2nd Region Road Races were held in 6 categories as Star Men's U17 and U15, Star Women's U17 and U15, and Junior Women's U12 and Men's U12. The races that started in front of Bartın University (BARÜ) Kutlubey Campus Life Center were started by Rector Prof. Dr. Orhan Uzun. The competitors, who started to pedal from the starting point, passed the biggest library of the region and the Faculties of Education, Economics and Administrative Sciences and Sports Sciences, and covered a distance of up to 26 kilometers, amid the unique view of the natural pond on the campus.
