Bartın Chief Public Prosecutor Tuğrul Visits Rector Akkaya

Bartın Chief Public Prosecutor Yusuf Tuğrul paid a visit to Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya, Rector of Bartın University (BARÜ).

Appointed to Bartın under a decree by the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK), Chief Public Prosecutor Yusuf Tuğrul visited Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya. The meeting, held at the Rector’s Office, was also attended by Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Yafes Yıldız and Prof. Dr. Zafer Ceylan.

During the meeting, evaluations were made regarding BARÜ’s educational, research, and community engagement efforts, as well as its ongoing partnerships with public institutions. The parties also exchanged views on potential joint initiatives under university-public sector cooperation.

Congratulating Chief Public Prosecutor Tuğrul on his new appointment, Rector Akkaya expressed his gratitude for the courtesy visit.

Chief Public Prosecutor Tuğrul extended his best wishes for the new academic year and wished Rector Akkaya continued success in his work.
