The activity, “The Week of Forestry", attracts intensive attention

In the event of “The Week of Forestry,” competent people gave some information about it by the Faculty of Forestry at Bartın University.
In this event, retired Professor Doctor Ünal Asan from İstanbul University gave speech titled as “The Day of World Forestry and indispensability of forests in the protection of natural environment.” Professor Doctor Cantürk Gümüş from Karadeniz Technic University gave a speech called as “Colonel İbrahim Çolak and Bozüyük in the history of Forestry.” Lastly, vocational consultant Doctor Sabit Tunçel gave a speech that is “the save of energy inside industrial dust collecting systems in the context of change in global warming and Carbon trace of feet.”
Inside this activity, public service ad that is about the value of forestry in the future of humanity and responsibilities in protection of nature for everyone was watched. The video that involves in academic, administrative man-made and students’ speeches gave great attractions by audiences. In the program, videos created by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) were shown.
